We are very fortunate to have some wonderfully kind clients who donate their hair to the fabulous Little Princess Trust who make wigs for children. We cut the hair for free but ask for a minimum donation of £20 of which every penny goes direct to the Trust, so far we have raised a fantastic £2560.00.
Minimum length of hair for us to cut for the LPT is 12 Inches. At present they have sufficient stock of hair under 12 inches and can’t accept any more.
Some grey hair is not a problem as long as it’s no more than 10% of the hair.
Straight, wavy, curly, permed or chemically straightened hair is acceptable.
Coloured and bleach/highlighted as log as not damaged.
What the LPT cannot use is brightly coloured hair, hair coloured with Henna, dreadlocks, damaged hair or tightly curled hair.
