Walk-ins are always welcome whenever we have availability, and you are welcome to call either salon on the day to check. If you prefer a guaranteed time, we recommend booking ahead online at saksaberdeen.com, by phone, or in person with our reception team.
Yes. Our David Lloyd salon offers free on-site parking. For our Union Square salon, paid parking is readily available in both the Union Square main car park and the College Street car park.
Yes, you can pay online when booking through our website (saksaberdeen.com). We accept most major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express), as well as Klarna.
Not at all. Our David Lloyd salon is open to members and non-members alike. When you arrive at the club, simply let the main reception desk know you have an appointment at Saks, and they will direct you through.
If you are a new colour client—or haven't had a colour service with us within the last six months—you will need a skin patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
We also offer complimentary consultations for new clients to meet their stylist, discuss hair goals, and perform the patch test. Give either salon a call to arrange yours.

For homecare, we stock a complete line of Kérastase products, selected L'Oréal Professionnel ranges, and ghd tools (hairdryers, stylers, and brushes) so you can maintain your look at home.
Yes. Our David Lloyd location features a fully private room for clients who require privacy for medical, personal, or religious reasons. We also feature privacy screens at our washbasins for a more tranquil experience.

Yes! We offer discounts Monday through Friday upon presenting a valid Student or Blue Light card:
- 20% off services with a Stylist or Senior Stylist
- 10% off services with a Principal Stylist or Director
Yes, we offer reduced-rate children’s appointments Monday through Thursday with our NextGen and Stylist team members. These can be booked online or by calling either salon.
